• Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Products must be unused, unwashed, and must not have come into contact with water.

• Products may also be returned if they have a visible defect, including but not limited to manufacturing defects, stains, dirt, or other product-related issues.

• If a defect becomes apparent after washing the product, please contact us with details and supporting photos so that we can review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.

• Products that have been used, washed, or otherwise altered may not be eligible for return or exchange unless the issue is determined to be a manufacturing defect.

To request a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team within the applicable 14-day period. We may request photographs or additional information to assess the condition of the product and the reason for the return.
