Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
Products must be unused, unwashed, and free from contact with water.
Products with visible defects such as manufacturing issues, stains, or dirt may be returned.
If a defect appears after washing, contact customer service with photos and details for review.
Used, washed, or altered products are generally not eligible, unless the issue is confirmed to be a manufacturing defect.

• Wash towels separately from clothes when possible.
• Use warm or hot water
• Use a moderate amount of detergent—too much can make towels less absorbent.
• Avoid fabric softener; it can coat fibers and reduce absorbency.
• Don’t overload the machine so towels can rinse properly.
• Dry completely on a low/medium heat setting or air-dry thoroughly.
• Wash towels about every 3–4 uses, or more often if they stay damp or are used after exercise.
